I personally run a +SPD build, yes. I only ever really have trouble against the tankier blues. She's also hard to use due to her being a melee unit. Thankfully, on the chance you're able to survive a hit, she should never be getting doubled, which is the time to strike.

There are much better sword users, but I love my sakura flower.
