Mods should be encouraged to post with their modcodes and interact with the community. If someone was banned, there should be a mod post responding to the OP with exactly why they were banned and what rule they broke. The userbase could then respond to the mod and discuss the problem. Mods should also be able to be reported because nobody is perfect and abusive modding occurs way more often than it should.
