Original Red Pokemon Version

After arriving in Cerulean City and fighting your way to Bill, don't challenge the Slowpoke trainer.

Fast Forward to Lavender Town.
On your way to Celadon City, don't battle the Bird trainer next to the underground path leading to the crossway to Safronia.

Attain Flight, go to the Bird trainer and step into his seight, while moving to trigger his battle smash start repeatedly. If succesful fly to Cerulean City and battle the Flegmon trainer, return to lavender town, leave the town so you end up on the route to Celadon City.

Start screen eventually pulls up, press start again to battle Mew.
