Which one is the superior Sega shooter?

Vanquish is a better shooter. That said, I'd prefer a sequel to Binary Domain.

Sega is still one of the best devs out there.
This is proof enough.

Sega makes a shooter to capitalize on the generic third person shooter games flooding the market. In the process, they make/publish vanquish and binary domain, two of the most original and interesting offers regarding cover base shooting

It is.
Something that I love about binary domain is the damage system. You can shoot different parts of the enemies and they will react according to what part is damage in their body.

The shooting gameplay is also very fluid and responsive.

Vanquish is awesome, but Binary Domain is criminally underrated. How was the PC port?

It's not.
Something I hate about Binary Domain is that I can't boost cancel across the map, throw a grenade, somersault kick off of cover, enter slow mo and then shoot the grenade mid air to take down enemies, then melee cancel across to more enemies and blast them with a shotgun.

Binary Domain

Does BD have rocket knees-sliding shooting? No it doesn't. Does BD have house-sized walking tanks that send out millions of rockets at you? No it doesn't. Does BD have robots dancing to a boombox? No it doesn't. Does BD have rocket punching enemies to oblivion? No it doesn't. All BD has is localized damage on enemies and that stops being interesting after first five minutes of the game.
