Smoothest gameplay in the series, has a bunch of new mechanics, it plays like a dream, the story is also better than 3 and just about as good as 4.
D4 Vita is still really good, I'd get them both if you had the chance, but D5C is absolutely worth getting. Skip D3.

It's an SRPG with levels of customization that put other games of the genre to shame, shitton of gameplay hours, and is the quintessential handheld series of the PSP/Vita so it's going to be the game that makes the best use of the Switch's handheld capabilities until a new Animal Crossing comes out. Never played an SRPG before but I watched some videos & stuff of gameplay & decided to preorder. But after playing the demo, figured out it wasn't for me.

I can totally get it's good though, just not my type of game. Hopefully my Amazon copy will go to someone on the shipping in June list.

I think D5c is worth getting for it's portability alone, plus it comes with all the DLC on cart. Even if you get D5 on sale, the DLC evens the price out and now you have a D5 you can't take anywhere when Disgaea is most cozy on handheld.

Yeah but the PS4 version goes on sale for dirt cheap once in a blue moon if you play the super long wait game. Got game and DLC for 40 bucks at christmas, Ninty games don't do that here.
