Maybe, but I personally liked the character just for the interesting twist on the battle mechanics her werewolf thing brought. And being the first, and only, Jupiter Adept that wasn't a fucking wimpy dork.

I also have a thing for secondary characters ending up way more important in the story than they initially appear. The game went from "original MC's kids try to fix a glider to investigate magic black holes" to "Sveta's fucked up family Armageddon also these other guys are there."
