I don't know ever made, but right now my favorite is BotW. Shit looks fantastic.
I also really really like how Mario Kart looks.

If you are talking realistic, then I'd say Horizon. But while it is gorgeous I find that realistic looking games aren't so good to look at as something that has a great style. Like Bloodborne where every fucking corner is screenshot material.

Fuck no, the people literally move like robots. Animation quality is part of making a game look good, and even if it wasn't there are other games that are more graphically impressive anyway, let alone stylistically better.

Only in conversations, outside of conversations they look normal. Even then the machines are very well animated and that's the main event.
