Guys, this is how we can fix SMN..
Separate it from ACN, making it it's own job, therefore removing Summon AND Egis, they're worthless and disgusting. Instead, like levels 50-60. make them focus on trances, getting them in side quests after defeating a primal in MSQ. Still need Aethertrail Attunement stacks to use trance, but using trance and Deathflare/whatever other primal attack gives another stack that stays indefinitely. Using the trance stacks lets use a short summon of a primal like Tozol Huatotl from Xelphatol from the lingering aether in the air from the Deathflare thing ala Starlight Breaker from Nanoha
