She doesn't even have any good skills to pass on as both of them can be passed by other more common units at 4*. Nowi is a really good choice, especially with you hector for full coverage of baiting in ranged for counter attacks. However she already does really well against reds, and if you have Ephraim on the team too I don't think you need triangle adept. If she is neutral I would suggest +3 speed for the a slot to bump her to 30. With Erika's hone speed she will even be protected against most Lucinas from being doubled.

currently the 10% difference is about 1.05 billion, meaning it'll take at least 4 hours to reach. But the actual required difference is going to be higher due to the ever-increasing scores AND when it is finally reached scores will jump dramatically, further increasing the time till the next 3x.

37 speed isn't exactly a breakthrough speed tier with a meta with fury and L&D everywhere. I'd probably go with deathblow.

Having a baiting team isn't a bad thing I don't think, though. My entire team is baiting units and I'm in the highest possible tier right now.

If you don't want to make a decision now just sit on it. Use her a bit and see where her strengths lie. You can also compare builds of Sanaki and Julia, who have a comparable stat spread.
