it's capsadmin, and he idles quiet a few hours.

He programs in lua and does some mods.

Game time record on Steam is not what should be used for show off. Your true progress is determined by your game saves. Not every game you play for a long time is available on Steam and many hours of game play don't necessarily mean that you're a good gamer - someone can progress better in less time and this can't be deduced just from game time record on Steam.

You can multi-box the same game and afk it. If you had 4 instances of the game open 1 hours would count as 4 hours.

Hackers do it to get hours fast on their accounts, most of these would just have been people using this technique to get ridiculous numbers.
