I have friends who 100% literally every game they play and then complain if there are boring/annoying activities required for 100% like they have to do it.

Final Fantasy VIII is my 'proudest' 100% because of the work collecting every Triple Triad card. Next would be Okami, when I had to film my TV to kill the last wall guy.

Got every achievement on Civ 5 (including expansions). Over 1400 hours played to do it. I've never met someone else that was as autistic as I am about Civ 5. Most of those Diety achievements were 10+ hour games alone. I had one that took me a week, 6 hours a day.

The only games i've ever managed to 100% are the Souls series, since achievements are something you naturally unlock by the time you're finished. In DS3 all I needed was to use one of each infusion, and after three playthroughs I had something like a dozen of each sitting in my inventory. Bought twelve longswords, infused each one, got the cheevo, uninstalled. Same story for every entry.

There are probably many more older PC games that I've done everything that can be possibly done in, but older games didn't have gay achievement systems so there is no way to really tell.

Usually games with achievements have some stupid tasks like "Do this trivial thing differently across 10 different playthroughs" that are just a waste of time or "Win X games of our completely dead multiplayer mode" that are straight up impossible. That is without even mentioning autistic shit like "meet a developer in game and beg him for this achievement".

These along with like 15-20 platinums across PS3 and PS4. I had like 60k gamerscore on 360 too, at least the same amount of 1000/1000 games.

First game I ever did it on (that wasn't something easy like Zelda) was Skies of Arcadia Legends. Getting Vyse the Legend and doing everything perfect felt good as fuck. Never touched the game again after that.
