Use Makoto as your healer for that fight. He's weak to wind. Hit his weakness, then baton pass to Joker to hit the weakness of one of his summons, theb pass the baton again to Yusuke for an amped up Rising Slash. Two baton passes should make it nearly kill the bastard in one hit.

Don't always All Out Attack enemies. Sometimes it's better to baton pass to Yusuke or Ryuji for shitloads of AoE physical damage/Rising Slash, or to your healer for a boosted AoE heal. This is especially true if the enemy doesn't have the next move.
