Since you don't have a PS3 Dark Souls 1 is a good starting point. Make sure to install DSfix if you do.
If its too clunky for you then Bloodborne.

Dark Souls 1 is 20fps on PS3 and 25fps on 360
Dark Souls 2 on PS4 is 60fps
Dark Souls 3 is 28fps on PS4 and 26fps on Xbox One
Bloodborne is 28fps on PS4
