Halo wasn't perfect but dam is it better than modern cod or the other shitty Skinner box fps games on console now.

It's worse then 2, Reach, and ODST in almost every way, and H5 has better MP and forge.

It's really only majorily better then CE and 4.

Please explain how it's worse than 2. Which I can maybe understand but I won't even bother hearing you out for Reach. Of course ODST will have better writing as ODST was solely fucking singleplayer. Campaign was overrated however despite the soundtrack being great. Well all of the trilogies soundtracks are fantastic so that isn't really something to uphold anyway.

Halo 3 single player was pretty nice though.

I still think it looks visually the best of any halo game.
