Pause Ahead is really good with an even better soundtrack so you should just play it if you liked Tower of heaven. I haven't played OverPowered yet (seems like it was made in only 72 hours for a game jam thing so it's probably not as good).
Katana Zero looks rather promising but it's going to be their first retail game instead of being free.
