I know the game already had the Great Khans but, from a historic standpoint the Legion should really be modeled after the Golden Horde.
The Mojave is the lawless Mongolian steppe, NCR is China, Caesar forging his nation and movement out of unifying warring tribes and destroying their identity and wreaking absolute havoc in their conquest, even overcoming far more advanced societies as they do; it smacks of Mongol expansion.

Caesar copied the Roman Legions because they happened to be the subject of the history books he found, because he became enamoured with the conquests of Julius Caesar, because Ancient Rome was utterly alien to the people of the post-war wasteland and it made him look like a god to just 'invent' an entire language and culture out of thin air

Exploring the moral philosophy of groups in the wasteland has to be done from a completely fresh perspective IMO.

The narrator in Fallout 2 uses the phrase "wiping the slate clean" when referring to the Apocalypse, which I think is apt. The NCR and Caesars Legion are not built upon the foundations of a hundred different regimes before them. It's this brilliant mish-mash of primitive cultures being influenced by fragmented ideas from the Old World.

The Legion is centered around Caesar. He is their undisputed leader, the foundation and keystone of their entire culture. Everything they know about warfare, language and ideology came down from Caesar. He's almost a god to them, more so since he officially declared himself the Son of Mars.

Technology is kept to a minimum to ensure the Legionaries rely on their own strength first, unlike NCR who put their reliance on weaponry first and their soldiers second. There are no tribes in the Legion but the Legion. There are no family attachments. There is no merrymaking or recreation. There is only serving the greater good of the community and the greater good is the will of Caesar.

Both Joshua Graham companion mod and house securitron are pretty good companion mods.

The House one is particularly useful, since instead of returning to the lucky 38, you can turn in most house quests to the securitron, save delivering the chip and starting the final battle.

You can download them literally everywhere dude.
Also most custom races for Fallout games come with custom bodys and heads.
Most body replacers have adjusted headmeshes too.

It's only noticeable when you're coming up to an area with buildings but the game pauses for half and second 2-3 times to quickly load in buildings and textures and shit like that.

Then again I installed the Creators Update and the latest Nvidia drivers and that's been giving me problems for the past week and a half so it might be that.

You know how NV sex animations are done? By adding them to the idle animations and then triggering them by the mod. I'm quite sure bethesda patched this loophole in Skyrim so the Fore patcher was made to circumvent it.
