I like the dynamic.

Early game is typically filled with a bit of small talk with your other squadmates. Maybe get a general idea of what you're SUPPOSED to be doing from your squadlead. Then you make contact, and it goes completely wrong.

People start yelling. Local voice comms are full of people yelling for their medics, calling out locations, all while you're getting hit with a hail of bullets. Sometimes after the explosions happen you're just disoriented or in awe because if you can max this game, they are fuckin' PRETTY.

It's basically like this. Pay attention to how people yell, plan, and react. Squad in a nutshell, or at least how it feels when you're playing it:
