Wild West Online (PC)

Ever since that terrible discussion of a pic of that game being RDR2, I've been curious about this. Fingers crossed it ends up being a fun game, we don't need to keep on having to suck off Rockstar whenever we want a new Wild West game. Since we won't ever have another GUN (thanks activision for merging neversoft with cod teams), I hope we get more alternatives.

biggest gripe about RDR was how shitty the combat was and how limited the inventory in the game. i want to have to collect herbs to craft medicine to heal myself or make myself indian hallucinogens and murder people on a highway with a knife and steal their dosh and buy whiskey in the next town with it

Looks cool and all but i'll have to wait until it's out before i give it any interest. Very few Kikestarter games have actually turned out anywhere near what was expected.

The last Kikestarter game i paid any attention to was Battalion 1944 and the last gameplay we seen of that just ended up looking like a poor man's CoD2.

People are right to be wary of kickstarter titles, i can count on one hand the games that came out of Kickstarter and weren't unfinished messes/just shit in general.

Divinity:OS and Divinity:OS 2 come to mind. Granted OS2 is not yet released, but it's clear they're delivering on their promises (last strech goal, DM mode, has been showed to work in multiple playtests).

So glad those games exist.
