I want to play The Witcher 3 but I only got a PS4. Should I get it?

There's not really any good mods for it, the only thing you're missing out on is better graphics

Do you like running around a map and using a simple combo of mashing to kill enimies

If so it's one of the better types of those games

The PS4 port is perfectly serviceable if you can't play on PC. At launch it had a lot of performance issues but the game has had many patches and runs much better now.

I beat witcher 2 on 360 multiple times so i bought witcher 3 for ps4 expecting a grand adventure.. The world is grand and all but the gameplay just doesn't really flow along nicely. Walking, horseriding, swordfighting all feels kinda wonky and the menu navigation for potions and crafting is a hassle.

Runs okay-ish (locked 30 fps most of time), looks very blurry on consoles, loading times are around 2 minutes when you die and have to reload the save.

I've only been able to play it on the bone. Load times are still long but the final patch cut them down to ~25-45 seconds

Not him, but I'm never tied of BB. I keep forcing myself to put down the game so that I can play shit like Persona 5.

BotW, on the other hand, didn't really have any staying power with me.

witcher 3 is on par with mass effect 2, only worse gameplay and worse world building/ overarching plot/ items/ powers , or pretty much anything that resembles game design

I thought Gwent was just going to be a boring side game like dice poker, after finally getting into on this playthrougs it's a fucking blast. All the side quests based on it are also pretty top notch

Gwent is fun, but its rather limited in scope in compared to something like Triple Triad. It only takes a couple hours to pretty accomplish everything Gwent has to offer, and if you get the blue or black deck decent, you're literally unstoppable.

the game is about a card game player want to save his adopted daughter (wife's son) so he travel to different medieval cities and play card game with various opponent along the ways. there is also a barebone dating sims element and some basic combat. Think western Persona 5 + Yugioh
