Tali and Liara prob. Liara is the default canon LI, period. There just seems to be more stock put in this relationship. If you start without importing old game in 2 she will be the one the normandy being destroyed by collectors before any choices you make. Also in the 1st game there is like 1 line of dialog wheel that lets you bang Ash, if you pick anything else Liara will say:"I am glad you chose me". Even when you just want a threesome, kek. She is also the only LI that says "I love you" without dying or anything.

Tali was most demanded by fans so she got a more fleshed out romance in 3 as well.
