I've been playing Rocket League for a few months but I've hit a wall at gold 1. My ground game and defense is solid but I can't master the acrobatic, flying shit. I can't score goals against elite players so I try to set up passes. I'm only as good as my teammates. Idk how to get better.

It's just lots of practice in freeplay and custom training. Also just going for aerials as much as possible, play unranked to practice as it doesn't matter too much if you fuck up and you won't get mad about losing your rank.

By yourself, not so much but I love playing this with friends on local co-op. It can get really fun and the game mechanics make it so awesome shit happens once in a while, like scoring with 0 seconds to go into the match.
