I forget what mine's IVs are, but she's an infantry-killing machine and occasionally cav and fliers that my other units can't deal with. Paired with Nino or Olivia they buff her atk to 46. I gave her hone speed as her c skill.

I thought about giving her a threaten skill in the c slot but generally she's only ever close enough to someone to OHKO them anyhow.

Nature isn't the end all be all, it just helps to have a good one. Hell, even if you get a bad nature, train it up and give it inheritance anyways. It might not be as good as it could be, but it's usually still good enough, and if you get a better one you could always merge the old one into the new one, giving it all the skills you earned and a small stat boost. It is pretty annoying though and in the worst case it will make your unit harder to use.
