Genuinely never cheated but I have got "caught" several times because apparently my aim in FPS games is too good. Go figure.

I exploit the fuck out of broken game mechanics but I don't use external cheats

No but I have been falsely banned because other cheated near me dropping hacked shit into my game. Then because I refused to not play the game for a month while the multiplayer was you know still alive while they sorted their shitty cheat detection they banned me. Then released a meek "You should of just not played the game you just spent 60usd on!" in response.

I wallhacked in Rust to grief underage fags. Got VAC'd but it was a throwaway account.

Well worth it, I missed griefing in Gmod. You should've heard the screams and anger when I blew in their fucking door in the dead of night and ruined what must have been a weeks worth of progress on their shitty wooden shack.
>>
>>377030451

Yes, hacked in Rust, L4D2, Squad, Arma/DayZ, CSGO, do a bit in SC, some Paradox multiplayer games etc. Yes, I was caught in Arma/Rust but cheap Russian keys made it negligible for the fun I had. There's no way you're gonna hack Arma/Rust these days unless you know somebody good or make your own hacks these days, EAC/BE have gotten too good for the public/most public-private hacks. If you want good Arma hacks look up this guy named Jurugi, but be prepared to pay a lot.
>>
>>377030451
I cheated in CSS for about 10 years, never caught (private ESP and bhop hack coded especially for me, paid about $100 for it)

Cheated in CSGO for about 6 months, never caught. Used AimWare (about a $20 subscription fee a month), but got bored of this shitty game.

not a single ban.
>>
>>377035598
>cheat in a game because you're shit at it

>>
>>377035805
I was CEVO-p without cheats (Aimware is not CEVO AC proof, as far as I know, didn't want to risk it), so uhhh...there goes your theory.

and I didn't fucking aimbot and wall every match, thats not how top level cheating goes. you toggle now and again for an important round, and you use settings that barely do anything (only see an enemy with ESP if he's very close, or a VERY low aim assist).
>>
I used to use trainers on Delta Force 2 back in the day. I'd play clean most of the time but if another guy cheating came into the server I'd change my name to 'Anti Cheat Pete' and grief the cheater. Other times I'd just tele knife guys who I didn't like.

Maybe it's because I'm not busy being a funny ha-ha guy now that I'm not hacking anymore. I use to be a lot more social to cover my shit up so nobody would think I was cheating.
>>
i cheated in maplestory before 3rd job was a thing
i think i got a temporary ban and removed from leaderboards
>>
>>377030451

I have a separate computer and connection that I use to test certain things. If I suspect particular types of hacking are going on, I will start hacking also to see if I can figure it out.

MMO teleporting, getting inside of terrain in Planetside 2, ESP use in shooters (attaching aim markers to players to see if they are aiming at me trough walls).

Most recently I became intrigued with certain behavior in Mechwarrior Online, so I dug into the very small hacking development for that game and set up an account to use the ESP and packet editing tool. After grinding that account up to tier 2 so that I would be matched more often with 'top' players, it became apparent to me that many 'really good' players have one thing in common.

100% knowledge of enemy positions at all time, thanks to ESP. Outside of seismic sensor range, mind you.

They will reposition and prepare to fire at targets on a wide flanking arc, without having ever spotted them. The smarter and more clever ones who care about being caught will not react until the last moment, where they will casually 360 noscope a target completely behind them and 500meters away, in the middle of combat.

Seeing how the tool works first hand lets me combat them more effectively on my primary clean account, and also lets me maintain a list of "99% confirmed" hackers that I know to handle with care. Still a pan in the ass though.

No false-positives.

I don't get why people cheat in online games. It's useless unless you pull off something big like what TeamAVO did in Minecraft, taking over entier servers.
>>
>>377037885
Cheat that's been used for years and was considered safe had it's source code leaked which came in the next VAC wave caught a few semi-pros and people with insanely expensive items like the guy in the picture. The hat he owned had an estimated value of around 16k and it became paperweight as soon as he got vac banned then went into full damage control about how the game was addicting and he intentionally got himself vac banned.

Buddy and I dicked around with that Neverwinter MMO when it was in open beta and holy shit the exploits back then were hilarious. People had glitchy ass custom dungeons made for exp grinding where the enemies simply couldn't do shit to you. All that got removed and we stopped playing cause it was no longer fun.

supply and demand. First, assume not everyone participates in the event, and also assume that not everyone who does gets a hat.
Then, assume that many of those that do get hats never decide to sell them. Over time, the supply dwindles, driving up the price.

Backpack.tf, in theory, only prices things according to existing trades. Sure you can manipulate it a bit but mid tier unusuals sell for hundreds regularly. High tier unusuals go into the thousands
>>
>>377045014
And it ends in theory.
Do you really think keys went from 2.33 to 30 ref in a year because of the supply of metal only? The price was really stable until backpack happened.
>>
>>377045554
I'm not defending backpack.tf, the point is that people paying thousands for hats is a thing.
