Not really. I am a bit mixed, I don't think anyone should ever restrict someone from reviewing a game. But at the same time, any fuck can easily make a quick 20 minute video giving reviews. Poor Pedro and the like are supposed to be entertainers and perhaps Nintendo does deserve a cut there if they request it since it's not purely informative. It's outside of the right to "parody" because within the same video in which the YouTuber is making money off, content from their product is present.

The whole reason they're popular is because it goes to a comedy end, which then becomes entertainment instead of a review. It should be the same way that sports broadcasting works. NBC gets paid from advertisers by piggybacking off of teams and players. In order to make it fair, the teams, stadiums, and all involved either get a cut of the profits or the broadcaster is charged a simple fee. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal but with people like PewDiePie making absurd money I can certainly understand why Nintendo would like to put a stop on this shit. Keep in mind, this should be limited purely to lets play videos and walkthroughs. Reviews and analysis of games are different.
