The company justifies this by saying you can ((use)) Steam refunds so it doesn't need a demo on PC, even though this means the company is blatantly promoting abuse of Steam refunds, which people get banned for. This also means you have to have the $60 to drop on the game to even get to try it out, whereas consolefags can just get their actual demo for free.

But it does exist. Demos cost money, especially ones that aren't just the full game with a lock on it (which is exactly what the console demo was).

Releasing a demo like that is just inviting easy piracy for your game on PC, or throwing money away for nothing when people who want to play your game will look at videos to see if they want to buy it, buy it, play it, and decide whether they want a full refund after 2 hours.
