3 is a rehash of 2. I actually would say its equal but since it came out after it seems worse

4 drags on too long especially at the end, the pacing is way off. Also less incredible set pieces. The story in 4 is the best only if you've played the previous 3 and care about the characters

U2 is kind of and OoT situation to be honest, it was absolutely mindblowing what they did at the time but today it might seem unremarkable

3's story is interesting but very poorly constructed and full of "why" moments
4 is better and has the best gameplay of any cinematic TPS I can think of but it can get really slow
Uncharted 2 is a wild ride pretty much the whole way on your first playthrough
1 is worth a look, especially because of the last act of the game introducing some interesting enemies, but overall it's just clunky to play.
