The game is some sort of Far Cry 5 with a 3rd person view game mechanic but with mecha dinosaurs, even some ambient sountracks looks rehashed from the game.

But the game is not bad, even it reminds me of the cartoon Dino Riders, the only thing that i feel a bit of a nag is the open world grind of doing stuff for people as to go fetch this and invade that instead of a mission with action but with good writing, but of course open world is like an open invitation for filler writting.

Been there done that, at least 40% of the sidequests are good

At first, I thought it was annoying and the game had shit animations, even though the character models were the best on console yet and most of PC games too. Even on useless NPCs that only appears in a side quest, the character models look good. But the head twitches and the constant eye contact on a 5 minute conversations is just too unreal.

The reason why people on /v/ hate this game is because it's an everyman game, it isn't filling a niche like Yakuza nor is trying to be a skill based game like Nioh or Souls. It's the type of game where you can sit back, let your hair down, explore a beautiful world for 40+ hours and still have some action robot hunting style gameplay that isn't as simplistic as Zelda but satifies enough for a fun gaming session.
