Well boys, its been 2 months since the release of BOTW. I only have a wii u and am wondering if the game is worth it? I've played it in my friend's Switch and I somewhat liked it but felt it was just another Fallout 4, where the limited open world was the only fun part about it.
Should I get it or save my money for something else?

Save your money and buy a switch.
Then buy a pro controller.
Then buy BotW.
you already played it, but didn't really like it
so yes, definitely get it. then you can shitpost and complain about it on /v/
I honestly think it's the perfect launch title
It's worth hundreds of gameplay hours if you're into exploration.

It's shite.

The exploration is good, combat and dungeons are meh teir. Must buy if you like that stuff

Just pirate it nigger. If you liked even a bit of a game it's worth a pirate, then get back to us. Also the open world is not limited in any means, except for the edges of the map

I really thought the combat was good. Yes it isn't deep or anything but I really like the fuckery you can do with runes and the environment, so it didn't feel repititive even after 100hours+ of gameplay. But that's just me

Combat is fine, /v/ just has no idea how a game design works with vision and focus. These idiots would add a fucking sick-ass Platinum combat system to Zelda and Mario just for the sake of it.

It's anothe open world similar to Bathesda but with Zelda "lore" to it. I can't stand those games, even if I tolerate games like the Witcher or VtMB, just because there is no sense if progression, level design nor urgency in the story.
