I have a 20 MB connection but i only download torrents (qbittorrent) at 1 MBPS, is this normal? I used to have a green connection and i used to download at a similar speed on a 10 MB connection but now the icon is yellow (no direct connections). I've tried port forwarding but it didn't fixed the problem

It's allright for a free connection, but now and then it stops sending anything out for a few seconds. Game connection gets lost for a moment, but I can hear everyone in TS/Mumble for that time while they can't hear me. It's great fun dying in games because of that and there's not much I can do to fix it since it comes straight from the wall.

My ISP cucks me to 10 MB/s max down and won't let me fucking torrent
