It's a third-person brawler. You play an android climbing up a tower. You beat up other androids for their skin, which melts off them and lets you level up your stats. Sometimes, they also drop the weapons they're equipped with. You can equip these weapons almost anywhere on your body. You want swords for arms? You can do it. You want a lightning gun torso? Go for it. You want a shotgun where your face should be? Hell yeah, motherfucker.

It's fast-paced as fuck and has an excellent soundrtack. It's like a cross between Armored Core and Dark Souls, almost. And once you finish the base game, you unlock the tower from the first game (the first game kinda sucked).

I own both, even though I got my PSP modded the first day I bought it. FIrst one's worth playing as a curio, second is one of the most underrated games I've ever played. There was supposed to be a third game on the PS3, but it was made by Hudson and the company basically shit the bed before it got very far.

Get a vita tv and a big external harddrive or flashdrive. Two birds stoned at once.

I still have my PSP 1000 when it came out.
The joystick is jittery and veers to the right or left sometimes.
