Raping her in school grounds doesn't even fit his character or M.O he tried to get Ann to engage with him outside of school in a way where it would be hard to prove there was any wrong doing, not only that but she kept him at bay for weeks and he tried nothing. He doesn't even do anything when you break into his office when he could easily have gotten away with beating your ass, because he is careful, what did he do he hit you with an expulsion because that's how he operates he doesn't just act in plain obvious sight, even the story about ryuji showed he was fareful by spreading rumours causing him to get angry so he would attack him and Kamoshida could then act in self defense.

It makes absolutely no sense to believe he told Mishima to go get a girl so he could rape her. Most likely what happened is that he just talked to her and outlined his plans for her and that caused her to jump.

All the guy does it talk, he's only as much of a blatant psycho in the castle, he's a fucking pseudo famous celebrity in the game, he has a rep to protect.

Also do you really think Kamoshida would have omitted his worst crime (the alleged rape) from his confession? A confession where he specifically talks about shiho? No of course not, he mentions all that he ever did, harass her.

The first 20 hours of Persona 5 are the strongest part of the whole game.

The party consisting of just Joker/Ann/Ryuji/Yusuke/Morgana is better. Better banter, more development for each of them, everyone of them are relevant and don't get benched.
