HOW DO WE STOP BURGER VA FROM VOICING ANYMORE VIDEOGAMES???

Is this meant to make me feel sorry for voice actors? The people who come in for one week and give totally amateur performances which could just as easily be replaced with stock sounds or text without anyone noticing? Meanwhile the dozens of programmers working 60 hour weeks to get the game out on time make peanuts. The fact that voice actors, possibly the single LEAST important contribution to a video game, have the audacity to demand residuals because they are butthurt no one wants to cast them in movies, and act like this is some sort of grave injustice, makes my blood boil.
