I haven't been this sad in a really long time. Salt post inc.
Its fucking heartbreaking to try to do everything you possibly can to do well and yet instead of succeeding you end up failing completely. I have been sacrificing all of my free time for this game and yet since the visa issues I've been dissappointing myself again and again.

Not only that, but due to the uniqueness of being a top player or whatever it really feels like no one understands you.
I get it, why does this "children's game" require so much sacrifice, you're just playing a game and having fun, right? why can't you just be happy you got top 8? Druggedfox played really good!

Although logically that line of thinking makes sense to me, it really feels like they're everyone is speaking a different language.
I can't stand the thought of looking back at my career and seeing myself as someone who failed at reaching his one and only goal.
Even just writing it makes me want to puke.

I know this is just me being a really, really sore loser, and who knows, maybe I'll feel better in a week, but I've always tried to be real with you guys. These low points are just as real as the highs.
Maybe I'm just hoping a few understand me just a little bit better.

They are too big, same with Counter Strike or OW, if you allow them on /v/ you will get a general eventually, so they are just moved to /vg/. Melee is at this perfect spot where it's big enough to have threads but not enough to be prohibited.
