Other than the unskippable cutscenes (which is unforgivable, let's face it) it's not that bad. Fights become an absolute clusterfuck once you get all your characters and the translation (or maybe the original script) sucks - characters will randomly state their reasons for doing something without prompting, the main character is flat, and so forth. The combat's basically SO3 all over again, but you can chain basic attacks into each other for massive damage - light, light, heavy, heavy, light, light will get you an easy damage bonus. It feels like the opposite of SO3 in some ways, since you start in the middle of nowhere and then go on to space, rather than the other way around.

tl;dr it feels like a successor to SO3, but I'd see if I could get it for $15 bucks or so.

The game could be fun but it gets stupid difficult at some places like protecting that green haired girl.
Also there is no costumization at all which is bullshit since you can equip other weapons and garbs that have unique design icons for them.

The only good thing are the graphics and the fact that you can use poses and take pictures, unlike Tales of Berseria which is a game that comes really close to SO5.
