Not exactly Morrowind related, but yesterday I discovered that you can get Keening in Skyrim through a youtube video. I havent played the quest so I don't know all the details, but how did keening end up there? Could you donate it to that museum in Mournhold or something and it ended up in Skyrim from there? Because I dont imagine the Nerevarine misplacing something that important.

why do people like this again ? is it nostalgia goggles? i tried it last month and dropped it because it was just more open world shit. except now it expected me to read vague journal descriptions to complete quests. what actually makes this better than modded skyrim?

The lore and general story is better than in Skyrim. Plus you could really go off the rails with combining skills, artefacts and spells. In Skyrim, you pretty much know from the start what's possible. In Morrowind, if you have an unlikely idea, there's probably a way to do it.

Other than that, though, it has its faults. I would like to see some compromise version of Morrowind and Skyrim, I guess.

The more important Thieves Guild quests involve trying to pry away the Fighter Guild from their clutches

The final Hlallu quests come from the Duke, who happens to be that guy's brother. The very final quest has a final solution of dealing with the Camonna Tong diplomatically.

whats more fun: spellsword kinda characters or nightblade kinda characters
