Well, it's like this:

In her chapter alone, Wonder Woman fights and kills everyone she fights, along with a few other ones which she doesn't even kill in a fight, but a cut-scene, like Bane, Deadshot, and Harley Quinn for example (although Harley gets killed not because she became a villain, but only just got backstabbed by Wonder Woman after Harley saved her life.)

The other half gets stabbed by Brainiac's tentacles, and get disintegrated.

And then there's people like Batman who only just pissed Superman off for not allowing him to destroy Metropolis (again) to save millions.

The conflict in the final chapter was between the Justice League (who wanted to keep Brainiac alive to get him to restore the cities) and the Regime (who wanted to kill Brainiac and have Kal/Cyborg restore the cities). Presumably the JL keeps him alive and locks him up somewhere safe or something. They never say what happens to him.

Lots of "character does something then is never seen again" in story mode. Not as trim as the first game's.

Like Robin just existing to lose and wondering what the Flash is doing during all this.
