When will they get desperate enough to make a Digimon dating game?

Does Next Order seem horribly balanced to anyone else? Seems like I either steamroll enemies or get my shit pushed in. I don't see how I can easily beat enemies and then one screen over I get raped by Meramons.
The first Digimon World felt way more balanced in enemy difficulty.

When? I always had the feeling the difficulty level was fucking absurd in digimon world. The higher they are on the evolution ladder the harder they are. A level 6 ultra level digimon is harder to beat than a level 35 rookie level.
