Well I mean it's quake. Biggest 2 problems I have are the different hiboxes for characters and that it is probably the worst running game from a AAA stuido I have ever played. My PC might not be able to do 4k 60 fps on ultra but having to turn everything to low and slash my resolution scale in half to hit 60 is incredibly shit.

It's 5/5 bretty gud. It's, you know, Quake and champions were exactly what was necessary to rejuvenate the stale formula. However, my major gripes are with some horrible lag that happens in some matches, even though the game says the ping is fine.

Nah. On a GTX 1080 I get min FPS in the low 50s at 4K, it basically runs at 50-70FPS with 100% resolution scale and everything maxed. That's not too bad, plenty of AAA games would average like 30-35FPS on a single 1080 and require 1080 SLI to get 60FPS at 4K with max (or close) settings. It's far from the worst-running AAA game out there, it's actually one of the best even.

they havent done any optimization yet and Vulkan build is coming too at some point which should help

Bunnyhopping is fun but the lag is terrible.

Unless they fix hit detection, add ability to create your own matches or at least play with friends in ordinary DM and add an option to turn abilities off, make RG and rocket launcher not completely useless it stays shitty OW reskin for edgy teenagers.

Sounds like you want to just keep playing Quake Live for another 10 years. Go ahead.

Its has poor balancing and the low amount of players allowed on a game mode with these giant maps kill the fun. There needs to be much larger game modes or much smaller maps.


Also, what the fuck are the point of classes besides them being pay to win since everyone can get the same weapons.

Reminder that QC has been in development since 2012 where it was originally going to be a QL expansion based of the original Q3A design documents that had different characters having different stats and classes.
