I was thinking of playing the gagharv trilogy, but I have heard that the localization is crap, should I bother?

I don't understand why Falcom showed a pic of Alise so early then ignore her. Is like she is not gonna be plot relevant again.

Agate will like Valimar more than the Orbal Gear because Valimar's an interesting old man robot and talks and Tita will get furiously jealous that the Orbal Gear isn't sentient and Agate doesn't like her work more

Also chapter 1 will include a sidequest that will be about getting Erika off the hook for illegal border crossing and all kinds of destructive behavior before deporting her back to Liberl

Just finished playing Cold Steel 2. Planning on playing the TitS games how do they compare?

Both are comparably great

But TitS for the large part will be a Arts game. And knowing how to set up your lines will be the difference between a long slog of grinding and a streamlined experience. You won't really get to the great crafts until the second part of SC.

Also, everything you see and hear in Cold Steel looks very different in retrospect with the Sky games. The perspective change is real.

Big is all relative. What you're asking me is if you'll get bored at any point in the game, and I dunno if that'll happen.

As hard will go, FC is legitimately tough, SC has a giant chokepoint near the beginning that is plain out bad game design if you want those Bracer Points, and 4rd is very exceptional when it comes to game balance. And by exceptional I mean extremely retarded.

But at the end of the day, like Cold Steel, the beginning of the games is always going to be the stumbling point for everyone until you get your statline and equipment locker of doom going, with a few exceptions late in the game.

Like a optional boss in the final chapter of FC, and comrade C in the mines.
