Its fantastic. The region it adds only adds about 9 or 10 missions and only takes about a 5 hour sitting to complete if you're not over-leveled or cheesing, but it also adds an entire new difficulty. Plus Odachi is fun as fuck.

Considering I paid for Digital delux so this DLC only ran me 5 bucks, its pretty damn good and I'm excited for when the other 3 come out. Hopefully we get 3 more new weapons to round the game out. If thats the way the cards fall then this game is my GoTY 2017 by a large margin.

Pretty much everyone agrees that the only major issue is the repetitiveness.

You get to see all of the enemy variety by the half way mark, and if you do side missions then you'll get tired of the enemies by the end guaranteed

How do I break people's guards more effectively? When someone blocks I just mash square and then end up depleting my Ki before I even deplete theirs.

Use heavy attacks for axes or your special weapon ability
Sword Ki and Spear shove are really great at ki depletion
