Don't forget that this game had high potential.
>Battleborn flopped
>Bulletbill: Remastered sells like shit
What's the next step of Randy's badass plan?
I remember the last time a Gearbox game had potential
>>376904509
No, it really didn't.
>>376904509
>made by modern Gearbox
No, it really didn't.
>>376904509
People wanted a legit Borderlands 3, got this instead. Gee, wonder why there was so much backlash?
>>376904509
>high potential
to fail

Selling Duke to a competent company I hope?

why is she so perfect?

How does this game hold up next to Overwatch?
>>376904509
No it didn't. It was a fucking mess. Even if you ignore the shitty character design, trash graphics cringyworthy sense of humor and generally unfun concept, the actual gameplay was dogshit and the screen was at times so full of shit it made it fucking impossible to see anything.

Imagine Overwatch but games last an hour.
55 minutes of that is shooting AI controlled enemies.
Your guns and even abilities are basically nerfguns when used against players, you can unload into them for ages and they'll (slowly) walk away like it's nothing, only to have any damage you dealt to them regenerate in 10 seconds. I'm talking you can unload 20 headshots in a guy and he wont feel it.
All of this while you've got some horrendous voice actors constantly spouting BADASS, while looking at a screen that is 90% full of flashy effects and UI elements that make it impossible to see anything.

Are you describing Battleborn? I was actually wondering about Paladins.
>>376904684
All his money was lost on Battleborn, his desperate cashgrabs, the shit version of Duke3D, and a "remaster" of a game no one wanted to begin with flopped.
He's not going to be able to afford Borderlands 3 which would be his only chance at recouping the losses. Not without being bought out and likely let go from his position the second he's no longer contractually protected.
But hey, at least he won his company's name off Gabe in a poker game.
>>376906309
>Randy actually promoted Battleborn with all this embarrassing shit like trading cards thinking he was on the cusp of a cultural phenomenon
>>376906309
>He's not going to be able to afford Borderlands 3
There was a gaming convention earlier this year/late last year where he gave a long presentation on Borderlands 3 development. Of course, it ended up being one huge pitch for investors at the end.
*tip*

>But hey, at least he won his company's name off Gabe in a poker game.
Yeah, about that...
>>376906817
>posting the whitewashed edit that shows Randy less raycis
>>376906817
It so perfectly fits my mental image of Randy
>>376906973
>that shitty shadow shoop
>>376906817
Fucking hell, how edgy can this faggot get?
>>376907167
Isn't he almost 50?
>>376907345
Randy is the eternal tryhard. He'll forever try to be just "one of the cool kids."
>>376905819
Did not stop Borderlands.
>>376904509
loving
every
laugh
>>376906161
It's fast-paced and it's fun. Quick respawns, mounts that allow you to ride very fast towards the action, some champion customization thanks to cards and items. On the other hand the hitboxes are really fucked up.
>>376904509
Why?
