I'm always feeling bad about people slightly older, my age or younger being more talented, smarter and hot. Been this since I was a kid. 20 next year. What video games are good distraction?
Growing a fucking spine and learning to deal with your place in the world.

the video game of self confidence
unreal tournament LANs helped me deal with crippling self esteem issues, but
there arent many of those anymore.

How does one find their place in this world? I ain't from a bumfuck town with 20 other people doing nothing with their lives and I'm sure as shit not creative enough for art.

I'm not good at video games. Unlike /v/ however, I can do the shoryuken motion.

Mostly getting a job and building a better living condition for yourself. Directly translating your own hard work into your own rewards.
You're way too sensitive about other people, I don't know how to cut that out but it's important you do because you're only making yourself miserable over nothing. Not to say you can't be emotional, you just can't be a little bitch about the outside world.

Makes sense. My current job pays pretty bad and since it's retail, I deal with shitty people a lot. You know how bad suburban white mothers can be but it's worse when you're a cashier, young and not white. I've been meaning to quit for somewhere better.

If you can, get into a smaller shop making something. I used to weld plastic in a shop of 5 people and it was the best job I ever had. Retail is shit, there's nothing that makes it better,

Do what I do and give up on the idea of "finding a place in the world" entirely
Get some shit job like everyone else, earn enough to support your habits. That's all you need.

Start playing guitar.

I did when like a month or so when I was 15. Can play piano, haven't done it in a few years though.

>I'm always feeling bad about people slightly older, my age or younger being more talented, smarter and hot
so, basic bitch insecurity?

I guess so.
