Question, does PS now have online play? I know they're bringing PS4 games to ps now in the future, and if it has online play I might actually sub to it just cause it's a cool idea, I like game streaming, for all of it's issues.

Sony outright own the IP, since they commissioned the project to begin with and contributed internal personnel to it. From were contractors working on commission for Bloodborne.
