I may be wrong, but I've always thought each velvet room and each Igor and all attendants are different and come from inside the main character. It also explains why there are different attendants every time. Like, goign from P3 to P4 you may have said Elizabeth was on her journey so Igor had to get Margareth as a substitute, but there's no reason for Margareth to not be anywhere in P5. My explanation is that the velvet room and attendants are all projections of the wild card user (for the room itself it was already explained, but I think it's like this for the attendants too).

You're reading into it too much. They're essentially benign shadows of the Wild Cards.

The attendants from P3 onwards say very clearly that their rolls are tied directly to the MCs fates. They're probably Igor's creations, as they refer to Phil's puppet as "Master". So he just tailors them to suit the needs of the specific human with a Wild Card and just lets shit happen from there.

When Philly Cheese Steak was in charge, there wasn't a need to assist the guests with personal helpers. Dude just gave Wild Cards to everyone and had his buddies crash on the Velvet Room couch.

In short; Elizabeth was probably snorting coke of Theodore's chest while Margaret was gobbling Chad Thundercock's meat tube with Marie.

I don't remember the same being said for Elizabeth or Margaret--both of whom I neglected to Rank 10 S-Link because I couldn't be fucked to fuse Personas. Everything in P3 felt too expensive while I was just a lazy shit in P4. P5 was the first I actually went for Rank 10'ing an attendant and was pleasantly surprised. So by default Lavenza is at the top of my boat.

I'm *so* glad she turned out the way she did. I fucking disliked Caroline. She was tsundere and not in the good way. I softened up to her when it was revealed that she was just reading from a script which implies that she was acting how she thought she should.

Elizabeth I find really overrated, didn't like her nearly as much as everybody else. Pretty sure I finished her rank 10 though.
I know I finished Margaret's, and I loved the hell out of hers. She's actually just one of my favorite P4 girls period.
But yeah, Lavenza and the twins were incredibly good. Best of best girl for sure. Caroline was a little rough around the edges, but I found her tsunness to be a bit cute. It wasn't blatantly rude at least, and as you said, she was practically just acting, probably cause of the whole mental split stuff.
