I wouldn't make it super long, it's why I ditched it in the first place.

I do the youtube 20 second end card thing with no "call to action" I just leave my sub button and playlists up there on a background for 20 seconds.

I wonder if telling people to sub would be better, but I hate doing it. I stopped after like 2 or 3 videos.

mpg123 to play the music and ffmpeg to stream. The pi is running headless so nothing with a gui can be used.

Ffmpeg had to be compiled on the pi with some extra stuff enabled for this to work.
