They would have to lower the frame rate to 15FPS with slowdown, cut a lot of foliage and downgrade the textures. I doubt Rock would bother with all that when they can just sell shark cards.

I have an original Xbox 360 that runs GTA V quite well. Considering the Switch is kind of between this generation and the last in terms of power, it should have no problems running GTA V.

I played GTA 5 on the 360 with only a very old 20GB hard drive. The Switch with 32GB cartridges and expandable memory should be more than enough to handle it.

You're probably thinking about the full PC version of the game, which is over 60GB
