Including Dante there is just like including fucking demonbane in "Who would win in a mecha fight". The only people on this list that Deadpool would stand even a modicum of a chance against are Link or Guts, and this is primarily his guns speaking, as well as assuming he gets good shots in. The others are insanely faster than him and most are equipped with such higher technology and/or magic that he couldn't match them in the most ideal of scenarios.

Hakumen would win for free if he touched any of them, but Raiden, 2B and Deadpool could probably capture him before something like that happened. Cloud, Jack, Guts, Dante and Link don't have a chance. Youmu I have no fucking clue because she's half ghost but she's still human.

There's a character called Terumi, who got separated from his physical form when the Susano'o armor that Hakumen is currently wearing was torn off of him. He was reduced to a phantom that literally cannot exist in realspace unless something is "Observing" him, considering he is no longer a physical being.
The character "Hazama" in most of the games is the result of him imposing his spirit onto some young mage and causing him to commit a murder, which led Ragna into despising him with all of his will, and he literally was feeding off of Ragna's endless hatred to remain in physical realspace. They attempted to kill him with Hakumen's ability, but he simply swooced outo of his physical body temporarily and Hakumen couldn't cut through phantom Terumi. He then used that insanely brief period of no longer being physical to destroy three gods and usurp their divine abilities in a bid to destroy the world,
but that's all fluff.

Youmu is strong, but the remaining characters are too strong for her to beat. She gets knocked out shortly after.

Deadpool and Dante are practically immortal, but Samurai Jack and Hakumen both wield swords with the ability to cut down evil and probably negate immortality. Dante has multiple incredibly powerful weapons at his side and can control time / create clones of himself. Samurai Jack has trained across the world with almost every weapon in existence, wielding a sword blessed by the gods. Deadpool gets knocked out at this final tier, making it a 3-way FFA between Jack, Dante and Hakumen.

Deadpool is only good when it comes to lasting longer due to healing but when it comes to skill he is low on the list. He uses guns a bit more and I dont think he has the level of training or eperience with guns as most of the others.

Canon cutscene 2B is weak. Ingame full power 2B is Bayonetta and Raiden mixed together, but stronger and basically immortal. If we go by game abilities alone, she would crush everyone, Dante included.
