"Support" implies that third parties are investing a lot of time and money into the system. Releasing new exclusive titles or new AAA multiplats on the system is support. Porting old titles and little arcade-type games is not serious support.

The PS4 has a larger selection of third party games that would steal the share of the exclusives while WiiU barely has third party support to compete against hence why WiiU:s life cycle is cut short because it can't sell system on exclusive games alone.
