It'll be a bitch at first when you have jack shit for energy regen but perfectly fine later on. Don't worry about "builds" though, you can do everything with a minimal penalty compared to specializing.

At the beginning it's not really viable at all.
If you're willing to grind through it though samurai warrior cyberleg speed mode is totally radical eventually.

Don't bother going for a specific build. Just be competent at everything and then try and specialize into whatever you like best.
