If you have friends and are genuinely interested in zelda and mario kart, sure. Some new games hopefully announced for E3 so if you want to be careful best to wait.

But Switch is a good investment so long as you know what you are gettimg into.

N3ds xl though is super portable and comfy and with a solid library so its really up tp you.
